Refund Policy

At My Concierge Pharmacy, we want you to feel confident shopping with us. Because we sell cosmetics, skincare, and dietary supplements, certain items have special return restrictions for health, hygiene, and safety reasons.

Returns Eligibility

We accept returns of unused, unopened, and sealed cosmetic and skincare items in their original packaging within 15 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

  • the item must be unused and in the same condition you received it
  • the item must be in its original packaging
  • the item must not be marked as final sale or clearance
  • proof of purchase is required

Non-Returnable Items

For safety and hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns on:

  • opened or used supplements
  • opened skincare or cosmetic products
  • ingestible products with broken safety seals
  • final sale items
  • clearance items
  • gift cards
  • personalized or custom items

Supplements Policy

For safety reasons, all supplement sales are final unless the item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 5 days of delivery at info@myconciergepharmacy.com.

Please include:

  • your order number
  • a description of the issue
  • clear photos of the item and packaging

If approved, we may offer a replacement, store credit, or refund, depending on the situation.

Return Request Process

To request a return, email info@myconciergepharmacy.com with your order number and reason for the return. If your return is approved, we will provide instructions for sending the item back.

Please do not send items back without authorization, as unauthorized returns may not be accepted.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was damaged, defective, or sent in error.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our mistake.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for returns lost in transit.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or card provider.

Store Credit

In some cases, approved returns or product issues may be resolved with store credit instead of a refund, at our discretion or by customer preference.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are damaged, defective, or incorrect.
