Each ingredient has been carefully selected for its unique properties and mechanisms of action, contributing to the supplement's comprehensive benefits. The Bifidobacterium animalis HN019 strain enhances gut health by influencing colonic motility to increase gut transit and improve bowel regularity and metabolic processes.
